要:
Single-cell sequencing analysis
examines the sequence information from individual cells, providing a higher
resolution of cellular differences and a better understanding of the function
of an individual cell in the context of its microenvironment. In this talk, I
will discuss computational challenges in single-cell RNA-seq analysis. I will
also discuss how mathematical tools, such as random matrix theory and matrix
perturbation theory, can be used to design better algorithms for single-cell
analysis.
